Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Business Bank, announced the appointment of Todd Hollander to the position of Executive Vice President of the Sales Division.
Mr. Hollander joined Citizens Business Bank as the manager of the Bank's Sales Division. He is responsible for the sales and management of six regions with 44 Business Financial Center locations and the Bank's two new Commercial Banking Group locations in Encino and Orange County. Hollander will also oversee the activities of Citizens Financial Services, SBA Lending, and Construction Lending.

Mr. Hollander has an extensive background in both community and commercial banking. He began his banking career with Wells Fargo Bank in 1990 and spent over thirteen years in various management positions. During his tenure at Wells, he received the following promotions: Vice President in 1992, Senior Vice President in 1997, and Executive Vice President in 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Hollander was the Executive Vice President and Division Manager for Business Banking in all Southern California markets. In 2003, he joined US Bank as Executive Vice President and Regional President for Commercial Banking. From 2005 through March 2008, Todd served as Executive Vice President for California National Bank and President of their Community Banking Group.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Todd has also completed additional training and course work involving bank and financial services management programs at the University of Chicago and Stanford University. He also successfully completed the Graduate School of Bank Management, with honors, at the University of Virginia.
Hollander is an active member of the community and serves as chairperson of the Junior Achievement of Orange County and the Inland Empire, as well as an executive board member of KOCE (PBS) television station and a past board member of the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County Business Counsel, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and an advisory board member of the College of Business at Cal State Fullerton. Todd is a past chairman of Minority Business Opportunity Committee for the City of Los Angeles.
