CVB Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:CVBF) announced a 14 cents ($0.14) per share dividend for the first quarter of 2002.
The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled board of directors meeting on March 20, 2002. It will be payable on April 17, 2002, to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2002.
The $0.14 dividend represents an increase of $0.01, or 7.7%, over the previous quarter dividend of $0.13 per share. It is the 50th consecutive quarterly cash dividend for the company.
